Graph) should be given via E-mail or other media.

The
contract of location of advertisement for specific period
will be settled on the basis of “first come first serve
basis”.

All bills
for advertisement will have to be paid before the date of
publication in Web Edition.

Payments
made are non-refundable.

In case of
discontinuation of agreement the payment, rebate will be
settled as per tariff specified in the adv. schedule.

Internet Edition reserves the right of acceptance and
publishing of the advertisement. The advertiser is liable
for the contents of the Adv.
